Cured Lobster and lobster Bavarois with lump fish caviar
Combination of Cured Lobster Carpaccio with argan oil dressing and toasted pumpkin seed, lobster bavarois and lobster macaron

Saffron Crab Bisque
Crab ravioli and coconut foam

Pan-fried Red Snapper with basil crustacean emulsion
Squid ink risotto and fennel salad

Hibiscus and ginger sorbet

Roasted Pork Belly with anise carrot puree
